OK, That's New

Just had a new thing happen in Vanguard: my tailor had a magic shimmer suddenly surround her and something popped up as if it were a complication called "Ideal Opportunity".  It only stuck around for two ticks, but it seems to have bumped the item's quality on both of them (without an AP penalty like the comp "Obsessive Stitching").  This is altogether new and I didn't know it could happen, nor does a quick google provide any really useful information.  I do wonder how to make it happen again, and whether I actually managed to take advantage of it or if there's something I should have done.  Guess I'll just have to keep an eye out...
