To be honest, I don't even know what NFS is, nor what it's for, so when someone tells me
NFS has mechanisms to help it cope with error conditions, I'm kind of forced to smile and nod. I can tell you the site design is quite nice and easy to navigate, and I'm pretty sure I could work out the tutorial they've got up if I knew the first thing about whatever program it is to begin with. And good tech writing isn't really easy--it's not precisely the same kind of creative endeavor as fiction writing, but that's not to say it's trivial either. I may not know the subject matter, but I do know a good job when I see one.
