Denied!

Here I was, all set to give you pics of the cats, and I discovered I had neglected to upload those shots when I was doing the various Autumn Rose shots.  Silly me.  It will have to wait till I get home.

Speaking of Autumn Rose, I'm through the first "major" pattern band--the wide one, with the rose window motif that helps give it its name--and into the second of the minor pattern bands, which is the same alternating diamonds motif Eunny used on the palms of the Anemoi mittens.  The jewel-toned fabulousness of the whole thing is just about more than I can stand.  I'm almost sorry the sweater's for me, because I'm not going to be able to see it when I'm wearing it.  Either that or I'll spend all my time staring at my sleeve.
