In Her Web She Still Delights

Time Of Year

It's not officially fall till Friday, but I think the switch has been flipped.  I got out my Thermal last night to wear to gaming; I didn't need it while indoors, but I needed it for the drive home, and I'm wearing it again this morning.  It's draped over my shoulders at the moment, as having my arms covered was a bit much even with Monday-morning chill in the office, but I had it all the way on for the ride in and was glad of it.

I still want a wool version of my favorite skirt for when it gets a little colder, but I'm having a heck of a time finding fabric I like.  I understand that my odds of finding 100% wool in JoAnn's (at least, for less than $50 a yard) are low, but something that actually contains wool doesn't seem like it's too much to ask, you know?

The light this morning was the kind you only get in autumn, and there was a starling sitting on a light pole being a whole chorus by itself.
