Need to go through the Mage book and figure out how much a Bullet With Your Name On It should cost. This is, of course, a magic item, consisting of a bullet with the owner's name literally carved into it, with the Fate 3 rote that causes coincidental effects to keep the target from harm. It should be cheaper because it only applies to bullets and because it can't be transferred from person to person, but I need to figure out precisely how much cheaper.
