In The Bleak Midwinter

Looks like the January thaw is over, fortunately before it managed to fool the trees and early flowers into coming out and getting frostbitten.  Everyone who went out at lunchtime came back complaining about the wind and the cold, and it's been dreary all day, not to mention raining.  And considering I live in Pittsburgh, which is cloudier than Seattle, saying it's dreary is saying quite a lot.  Anyway it's not below freezing yet, but from the sound of the weather people it's only a matter of hours at this point.
